Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your MyDuvetCovers.com purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). As long as the bedding is in BRAND NEW RESALABLE CONDITION We can accept it back for a Refund, We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Please make sure it is all packed up , just like you got it , We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: Sheets, Duvets, Down comforters, Bed skirt, Towels, Mattress pads, Pillow cases, and Pillows for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). Please make sure to including a copy of the packing list or Invoice , Please ship it back via a method that has a tracking number (e.g.UPS , FEDEX , DHL , USPS With Delivery Confirmation , etc.) We do not accept COD returns of any kind. All shipping and handling charges are an expense paid to a third party and are non refundable.

Backorder Policy

Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policies

Most Items will ship within 2 days after receipt of the order. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Orders received are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After shipping your order, tracking number will be available via the order confirmation e-mail link you received after placing your order. if you did not receive that order confirmation e-mail, check your spam folder or contact us for Help. It’s customer responsibility to supply us with their correct address. It usually takes 3-7 days for you to receive the products. It may take longer during holidays or for special orders. Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
